Who we are
P.B.S.M. (Project BIM Smart Maintenance) is an engineering company active in the supply of professional technical services to third parties, relating to investments for industrial plants, infrastructures and engineering and architectural works as well as assistance in the lifecycle of the infrastructures themselves.
Integrated solutions
P.B.S.M. has a vocation strongly oriented towards the development of highly innovative solutions in the various sectors in which it operates. The company is characterized by a transversal corporate know-how that exploits all the main enabling technologies and aims to develop and integrate them into solutions characterized by high performance. The company offers services for the execution of technical and economic feasibility projects, research and development, consultancy, design and construction management activities, assessments of technical-economic adequacy and environmental impact studies of all categories of works envisaged by Ministerial Decree 17/06/2016 – Table Z-1 and subsequent amendments related to architecture and engineering activities. In addition to the traditional technical design activities, these services also include the economic, financial, marketing, professional training, basic and applied research aspects regarding all the organizational, financial and managerial aspects that must be activated for the concrete realization of a civil or industrial work, and for their management as well as for the undertaking of new economic initiatives or the implementation of modifications, transformations, extensions, conversions and reconversions, as well as the maintenance of existing ones.
